Staying wild (+ connected to my roots) with one of my favourite books for seasonal inspiration. The earthly photographs in this book are the most delicious to consume.

Checked out Sleepover by This Open Space, and some favourite finds included: 

  • Tiny Ritual, locally made candles with intention, crafted from 100% beeswax, + organic cotton wicks (with a clear quartz crystal at the bottom)
  • BKIND products, which are Canadian-made, natural, vegan, + cruelty-free; I'm most excited about trying their non-toxic nail enamels, since this is one cosmetic with which I have yet to go clean
  • Well Told Health, supplements made from whole foods; I'm most intrigued as to their efficacy

Speaking of supplements, my favourite herbal tea to get me through the stressful times; it helps support the adrenals + eases how the body copes with stress.

A piece on expanding + manifestation by woman crush, Lacy Phillips, really hit home for me. It's all. So. Good.

This tom yum soup, by Heidi of 101 Cookbooks, providing broth inspiration for me + this let's-make-soup-and-cuddle-weather.

And, a thank you to Jocelynne for including me as part of her Humans of Instagram, 5 accounts she never wants to miss out on. This gal continues to inspire me with her openness and willingness to share + connect, honestly (not to mention, her content is so aesthetically pleasing and on point!).
