BI-MONTHLY, NO. 1

Bi-Monthly is a blog series, where I share wellness inspiration to #LiveGrowFlourish; these are the people, places, ideas, conversations, and food that I currently adore. Check back every other Friday for a new collection of favourites and must-sees.

To say I'm obsessed with Good Earth Teas would be an understatement. I'm usually not one for complex tea blends or those with a bunch of extra ingredients, but the Matcha Maker is citrus infused green tea with stevia, and I'mtotallyhooked.

"This disease of being 'busy' (and let’s call it what it is, the dis-ease of being busy, when we are never at ease) is spiritually destructive to our health and wellbeing." — Omid Safi, On Being with Krista Tippett. All the feels for this simple read on the lack of human-to-human connection in today's society.

It's cottage season, and I've got the ultimate in natural bug bite relief: Therapik. Using heat therapy to relieve that bug bite itch: it actually works, and it's kind of life-changing.

I was so thrilled to see Hannah Bronfman interview Alisa Vitti of Flo Living, discussing cycles and hormones. This is such an important topic and more of us need to get in on the conversation and get informed.

Speaking of which: Pussy: A Reclamation, a must-read on getting reacquainted with your lady bits, YOUR POWER SOURCE, WOMEN. I can't stop drooling.

Rolling jasmine all over, it's my summer scent: Aromacentric's Happy Place.

And in the heat of summer: one of every bather in this collection of swimwear, s’il vous plaît.  Albion Fit gets the "classic style with a modern twist" thing down pact, and their origin story, rooted in quality materials + ethical manufacturing, is pretty great, too.
